ACCOMMODATION IN NAIROBI

Accommodation in Nairobi and pre/post excursions and tours are being arranged through Maniago Travel who have secured the maximum number of hotel rooms available in Nairobi and the surrounding area. Due to limited number of rooms in certain categories, it is advisable to book and confirm your accommodation early enough as space is given out from the secured rooms. The hotels have been classified into 5 categories based on price range and type. Each category has a minimum and a maximum rate based on single occupancy. The rates are grouped from the minimum 3-night package to the 8-nights package.

You use the ICASA Conference Registration Form to book accommodation. In the appropriate field, please indicate your choice of category. Maniago Travel will make every attempt to place participants in the category of their choice selecting the closest hotel available within the price range they have chosen.

NB: All rooms booked after August 1, 2003 will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

• Meet & greet with assistance at airport

• Hospitality desks services in hotels, conference & airport
• Lost luggage assistance

Group Bookings

Please contact Maniago Travel for Group Bookings as soon as possible to avoid group members being split to different hotels once rooms have been sold out. Maniago Travel has secured rooms for groups bookings. Please contact us for details.

Changes to Original Accommodation Requests and Late Bookings

All changes to hotel reservations or excursions must be notified in writing (preferably by fax or e-mail) to Maniago Travel. We kindly ask you not to contact the hotels directly with any changes.

Cancellation / Refund of Accommodation

1. Cancellations received in writing before 31 May 2003 will be refunded less US $150 administration fee.
2. Cancellations received in writing between 01 June 2003 - 31 July 2003 will be refunded 50% of accommodation cost less US $150 administration fee.
3. We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations received after 31 July 2003 or shows. The entire length of your reservation will be charged.

Method of Payment for Accommodation and Excursions

All payments should be made by bank transfer, Banker's draft or international money order (US Dollar only) to ICASA 2003 and forwarded to the Secretariat with a copy of the completed registration form.
